Someone who can re-programe the chip in newage dash clocks?

There is a tiny tiny little chip in the back of the clocks that store all the codes for the dash like DCCD, Start up sweep, milage etc etc. Im needing someone to have a look at mine.

There is a chap in Milton Keynes that can do it but Im looking for someone near to Carlisle in Cumbria.
