Mark,

I'll give you a call once I've collected the car, given it a valet and seen what it comes up like.

It may just of been the low sun that made it look alot worse than it actually is.
It's just typical swirl marks that you get on a dark coloured car (Forest Green) from sevral years of washing.

Cheers....

How good is Wax wizard at removing swirl marks (as made by automatic car washes).

I've used many products over the years 'Autoglym', 'Mer', 'Carnuba Wax'. And will give them all ago on the above mentioned marks.

But was just wondering if anyone had any joy removing such marks with Wax Wizard.

A welcome comment.....

Although I don't yet have the Scooby and it was one of the previous owners that may of used the car wash.

Thanks again for your most useful comment.

You want WoW Cleanse, apply a fair bit of pressure and the swrils will disappear. Make sure you wax the car at least tweice after though - AND DON'T USE ROLLER CAR WASHES Have you seen how abbrasive even the soft brushes are??

Once waxed (Merlin is about the best for the imprezas crap paintwork) only use detergent free shampoo, but the car is easy to wash when waxed as the wax gives it an almost teflon coating, and bugs/grime/mud/salt/etc virtually rinse off

I read and I waited then I read and waited some more then I took the plunge and purchased the ww kit for the scooby (DMB)and I have to agree with all those that rave about the product. I am an absolute manic car cleaner sad I know but I even used to polish the rust on my first car! My scoob gets washed even in the rain then chamied off in the garage, but the ww cleanse made it look like I had never polished my car before!
Then I applied two coats of wax and it now looks stunning.
