LOL, you bumped it after 22 MINUTES on a Sunday night?

Ok, let's get you some answers. So we can direct you to the right person, if you have a classic, dial 1, if a newage, dial 2..........

Oops, been hanging on to Virgin too long.

"Spot lights"? What spotlights?

Unless your car is an Impreza P1, or you, or someone has actually FITTED spotlights, what you have are foglights. They are UTTERLY useless, whether in fog, or for forward illumination. They look OK, mind.........

DO NOT waste even one penny putting uprated, or higher wattage bulbs in them, you will be disappointed

DO NOT use them except when it's foggy, or you risk a pull and maybe a fine from Mr Plod

What you COULD do is to research driving lights for a Subaru Impreza, they come up occasional;ly on ebay, or some of the major tuners may still do them. now they are worth having. See here, post 26: https://www.scoobynet.com/technical-...-lamp-kit.html

Not even worth using in fog. Range far too limited for anything other than walking pace.
Buck the trend, use main beam in fog and see more than you can with any fog lights.
