thought so, it may not seem much but when you are paying multiroom and other channels it all adds up even though I detect a slight tinge of sarcasm in your reply.
Dont get me wrong, been a loyal sky customer for years, probably around 11 and everytime an offer comes out it is for new customers and a big to existing ones.

No that's fair enough mate, my advice to you is to ring Sky and see what they can do for you, at the beginning of the year we hit the 10 million customer mark so from that point onwards they have been focusing on customer retention and rewarding loyalty rather than gaining new custom. Also they have frozen prices till next September and obviously invested heavily in Sky Go, anytime+, Sky Atlantic *etc which is all free! Just recently iv heard of customers saying that when they rang they got got certain packages/multirooms for half price for 3/6 months so definatley worth ringing them!

A little off topic here, but the Sky + HD box, does anyone know if I can just put a larger hard drive in to increase the capacity, or is it formatted in some weird way?
