phoned keith micheals today for a quote and was told he would ring me back soon as possible with a quote for my wrx . that was at 10 this morning !!!!!!!!!!! do these companys want your custom or not ??
really annoys me that i spend my time getting charged 7 pence per minute for the phone call and after being put on hold and waiting around probably for a total of 10-15 minutes !! and get no call back !!! fine adrian flux it is then un-real

Had my renewal today from KM, £70 more than A-plan.

 

I found this with Keith M also - couldn't get through on the phone so sent an email outlining everything as per the website....

That was almost 2weeks ago and still nothing.....why?!?!

They've lost my custom this time - Another insurer have come up trumps again!!

 

Sent a PM last month or so, no reply at all so continued with my original insurer!

 

Seems to be the norm these days,no common courtesy to reply.

 

aplan for me, no probs getting through and a better deal than KM

 

Took me a few weeks of trying. Then they said they couldn't insure me. Lol.

 

To put it simply - yes, we do want your custom.

I fully appreciate it's hard to get hold of me, and i know it must be frustrating.

I do try my hardest to get back to everyone who wants a quote, but unfortunately i can't get back to everyone.

If anyone wants a quote and doesn't want to keep ringing feel free to pm me your details, and i'll try my hardest to get back to you.

Of course, if you're trying to get hold of me during busy periods (especially Mondays and Fridays) it'll be harder to get through, so i'd suggest trying in the middle of the week, when it tends to be quieter.

i was happy with the quote especially as ive heard they had gone up 40% recently ?? as it covered my mods and included break down coverage and very resonable exess .

I didnt get a call back from flux and have chased them twice now. still no call back! Shocking service from flux imo.

 

I can't fault Flux. Been with them years. At renewal time I always shop around but can never beat their prices.

 

they wanted £800 this year from me (adrian flux ) got it with 1st central with mods listed for £448 :-)
