You're s**t and you know you are
Did I ever tell you how much more I know about Formula One motor racing than
you?!
Whilst I would make a total success of a career in Frank Williams' shoes if
I so wished, I feel that you would be resigned to the lowly depths of saloon
cars
Therefore, I choose to demonstrate my innate superiority by inviting you to
join me for a season of Fantasy League Formula One, where looking down on
you from my lofty position at the top of the podium, I will wave to you in a
condescending and rather ugly manner while you are being lapped with
alarming regularity.
After so much bare-faced, unashamed goading, I am certain that you have no
choice but to accept my challenge. So take the appropriate action and I'll
see you on the grid. Visit
you?!

I'm afraid I only enter Fantasy leagues for Sports worth watching - and F1 these days sucks BIG TIME!!!!!
I'm still convinced that F1 fans only still watch it in the hope that they will see some racing like in the "good 'ol days".
Bring back Turbos, big tyres, big wings, ground effects, 3.5 Litre V12's and overall, bring back racing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Matt.

I've just read my last post and the way it reads is that the winner of the league I a have setup gets the Ferrari prize. This is not the case the Ferrari prize goes to the friends & enemies league where the top 5 drivers have accumilated more points than the top 5 drivers in any other league.
They way I read it is that if we have a league consisting of 100 drivers and we win the Ferrari prize then the top five out of the 100 go.

Yeah yeah - but to enter would mean I'd have to take an interest and probably even watch some this year - I don't think I could bear that....I just haven't got the willpower to watch this crap any more....

Anybody see the race then......
As predicted, complete crap

I counted one overtake (that counted, i.e. not a "front of the grid car" passing a "slow end of the grid car") which was Coulthard passing Rubeno for 2nd.
I think this year's F1 is going to be a BIG yawn which is sad 'cos I used to count the days between F1 races....

All is not lost. Remember you can make as many changes as you want FOC before 1st April.

Following the two warm up races I have been sackinen Hakkenin and Juan Jueel OnMywagon or whoever he is and appointing the default winner M.Schumacher and the Trulli brilliant Jordan bloke.
Bring 'em on!!!
Bring 'em on!!!
Barry,
I am amazed at the lack of interest from other BBS users. I thought people would have jumped at the chance of a Ferrari track day. There's still time to join in you boring sods.
Maybe its the £7.50 that's putting people off, what with the cost of running a scooby.
Scobby (John) is running away with it at the moment.

Is it too late to join?
I don't know much about F1, but I will gladly make up the numbers to make it more interesting. I accept defeat already.
So how do I get started? This Ferrari driving experience, do you need a licence, if so how long for - could it be given to someone as a gift?
What am I talking about, I'm gonna get whupped

You've got till the 1st of April to join in, the more the merrier.
The biggest league I can find has got 15 people in it.
Come on get your Credit/Debit cards out and make sure one of us wins the big prize. Remember the more people we have in the team the better chance we have of winning it.
Regards

Ain't it always the same. So called experts talk a good game but when the going gets tough the gough keeps flowing.
Ha, ha. The title says it all. Pah 5 thousand odd members and all bar us too terrified to be seen to have poor judgement.
Except Paulmon obviously, who's rhetoric is second to none!
Oh and Scobby (scooby?) who wiped the floor with us in the practise. But is in for a shock akin to root canal work in the real thing.

For the rest of you, as Sir R. Geldof once said "get yer fudgin' money out!"
