hi guys, i have a scorpion suzuka exhaust which is a decatted straight through system with jap style back box and it,s too loud for my liking, was looking at this and wonder iff it would make it much quieter over the non silenced link pipe i have? if anyone bought this milltek centre for this reason i,d like to know how much of a difference it made. love the look of the back box so don,t want to change it, thanks for your time, jason

Not sure whether that will fit standard 2 1/2 flanges........if thats what you've got?

Have read a bit more .............looks as though this will only fit with Milltek down pipe and back box. Which is a PIA because I want to quieten mine down a tad as well.

yes i have 2.5 inch system and the milltek is 2.75 but the ad does say it replaces the standard centre section so maybe it tapers to the flanges but then i,m guessing.
i think i,ll ring milltek to find out..

well i contacted milltek and they said it probably don,t fit. the ad confused me by saying it replaces the standard centre section....not to worry. i,ve e mailed scorpion to see if they do a centre with resonator. if not i,ll get the mine doctored.
i,m a bit peeved with larkspeed who i bought the cat back system off as there ad said it,s "not loud more of a touring sound". the guy at larkspeed said it was loud because i had a remap giving more power lol. what do you guy,s think?
the nieghbours will be happy when i get it quietened down a bit.

got one of those hayward and scott havent fitted my decat up pipe and centre section yet so not too sure, although i will be having an RCM Team ice to swap around when i want the "NOISE" Mwhahaha!

mine is fully decatted and it,s extremely loud, don,t like going over 3000 rpm because of the noise so stop,s me thrashing the car. anyway on the lookout for a quieter back box
