I got a full coolant hose kit from from Eclipse Tuning off this forum. Got the whole kit with a fair amount off being a SN member. PM him for details.

Annoyingly, it isn't just an angled hose, it's also got an offset as the turbo oulet is a different height to the IC inlet.
The Samco part No for the individual hose is TV1096
