It is a scoob (number 2), it's easy to worry as we have a baby on the way and the missus has been made redundant, so I keep thinking I have to save some cash .....

I need to think back to when I was searching around, I spent ages looking for this one

If you sell it at least you'd stop posting up sad "what should I do" type posts?

Saving cash isn't necessarily "liquidating assets".... why can't the GF get a temporary job for a few months?

Now is a rubbish time to sell. I've had my 06 wrx for sale on ebay, autotrader and now pistonheads and it's not selling even at less than blobeye prices. Four other owners advertising on pistonheads are having the same experience. It seems that high fuel prices and the very high road tax are depressing prices.

The lower road tax bracket was a specific criteria I had when looking to buy, so won't have a problem on that front.

I don't want to have my car sitting around for a long time only to get even less for it in the future so it's going to have to go when someone offers me more than webuyanycar!
