Wide track JDM blobeye shape
What version does it come under, is it a 8 or a 9. Are these sought after for there engine and gearbox, wide track drive shafts etc.

There's not many who seem to know about JDM's, and even less about the widetrack (2005 onward) so a seller would need to find the right buyer.
I see really nice JDM's go for pathetic money. Real shame as they really are engineering brilliance, and an immense driving experience

Best to state it as my05 as it causes less confusion, I have a my05 jdm sti and must say it is superb only issue is the lack of burble that's more than made up by the beautiful sound they make. Other issue is as they spool very early they dont feel quick when driving till you look at the speedo. Would defo recommend one if you can find one as not many post 05 jdms about, well there wasn't when I was looking took about six months to find a good unmolested one. But well worth the wait

No versions, the wide track starts on the MY05 STI's, if you wanted a version then one of these would theoretically be a version 11 (not an 8 or 9, an 11), hence we just use MY and domestic market
The engine and gearbox may be useful to someone if they wanted to do a kit car or conversion (classic with new age twin scroll), but dunno if anyone is going to want the hubs

Versions finished with the 6, after that they binned them due to other domestic market vehicles, for example a 2005 JDM differs alot from a 2005 UK, for one its twin scroll, a 2005 US is a 2.5ltr single scroll etc, its just too complex calling one from another, hence why they binned it.
