Default Zen - phone No?

The Zen website isn't showing a phone No for the new location. Has anyone got a number as I need some map adjustments after a couple of further mods to the car.

I think they are moving premises, this could explain the lack of phone no.

As above, no dyno or ramps yet but they are going to be installed very soon. Think Paul is going to have a proper dyno cell installed too. Should be good.

He can still map your car, either on the road or he'll borrow another dyno. He's doing mine at RCM in a couple of weeks.

This is worrying me. Zen have my ECUtek map and i'm in the process of having a new engine fitted. I emailed them last week about a map tweek and havent had a reply. I need the car running by the end of August but cant seem to get hold of anyone.

Might end up with a £400 bill to get it mapped somewhere else at this rate, and I could do without that at the moment.

Ok this is doing my nut in. I've called the number on the site but it goes straight to answerphone, sent texts and emails and had no reply.

Zen have the ECUtek map for my car and i'm getting it back this weekend with a new engine and want the map tweeked but cant get hold of anyone.

If I have to get it remapped from scratch again i'll be faced with a £300+ vat bill and I'm not happy at the thought of that.

Anyone got any details for this place please???

I hate joining forums just to have to chase people mate. I've just sent another email to Zen sales to see if that gets picked up but surely if theyre not replying to emails, texts, calls etc then the chances of them spotting something on a forum is unlikely.

If I cant get them by Friday i'll have to go with JGM or Scoobyworld, and pay 3 times as much

The thing is, every engine is different - if they weren't then there would be no need for custom mapping.

If you change one thing, it may just be a tweak, but the whole engine? That's quite different! The compression is likely to be slightly different, the injectors may flow differently (may be higher milage), the overall engine sound (knock vs. background noise) will be different.

There are many parameters to consider!

You could *probably* drive it on Vpower with no issue, but is it worth the risk?

There's a bit of a story behind the inability to get hold of Paul on that mobile No.
I went to Zen for a mapping session on Tuesday 2nd On completion of the mapping I left for home and it wasn't until I stopped in a service area on the M11 that I noticed that Paul had left his phone in the door pull recess on the passenger side. As soon as I got home I found Liz's No. on the phone, so called her to say that I would send the phone back ASAP. I switched it off and posted it that evening 1st class so it should have been back with him by Thurs. I too have been calling the number to ensure the phone was back with him but, like you guys, have been getting the answerphone - even today! I'm still concerned that it may have gone amiss and would like to hear confirmation that Paul has it.

lol, whoops.

Dont think i'd have sent it 1st class when its only a fiver to go next day special delivery recorded. Without a tracking number the phone could be anywhere.

If it does turn up, it'll proberbly have the worlds longest list of voicemails/txts thats for sure!

It's a sad reflection on our postal system and those who work in it, if you can't send something in a Jiffy bag and expect it to get there without recording it!
I felt I needed to get it on its way ASAP
