This week I've mostly been buying from...
Wowzers, this weeks been good to me for customer service...
1st; NFU Mutual (insurance).
Rang to check my car/travel insurance was valid for Switzerland (it is.) and they offered me continental breakdown insurance for £19.50 for a fortnight... They waited while I quickly checked a few on-line prices AA, RAC, Green flag, all around the £95 mark so bought it! BARGIN!!
2nd Ashburton Motorhouse (Subaru Dealer).
Had an issue with rear shocks under used approved warranty. Fixed my shocks after fighting my corner with IM's warranty provider.
Then I asked about a funny whine from my exhaust and they changed it for one taken from a PPP exchange (the standard one removed when someone upgraded, but still brand new) FOR FREE!!
AND they coded my new spare key to the immobiliser FOR FREE!!
3rd Scoobyworld (performance parts).
Needed a set of mud-flaps, rang and asked a few questions. Staff knew all the info I needed and were helpful enough to tell me to place order on-line for ease of processing. Order placed processed and awaiting collection by carrier in 11 minutes!!
Faster than it took me to write this.
From
"Your order from Scoobyworld has been processed successfully
Date: 12 July 2011 09:13:11 GMT+01:00"
To
"Order Update "Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Dispatched"
Date: 12 July 2011 09:23:30 GMT+01:00"
Who says we give crap service in this country. Even better, I wasn't told to "Have A Nice Day" once!
To quote Crusty the Clown "I completely recommend this product and/or service. Now Where's my Cheque?"
