just a quick thread to show my gratitude to keith at revolution/just subaru.com

as detailed in another thread,i had an issue with the milltek exhaust i have fitted to my hatchback sti,basically the weld on the backbox had corroded away leaving a small(inch long)gap in the weld,now i know these exhausts come with a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser,of which im not as the exhaust was already on the car when purchased

now keith from revolution was good enough to contact myself via pm to see if he could be of assistance,now bear in mind the exhaust wasnt even purchased from revolution,also he went back and forth to milltek with the issue,and sent many pm's messages etc

so today arrives a brand new milltek exhaust system delivered to my door totally free of charge(i paid for shipping from revolution)

What an absolute gentleman and a benchmark for how customer service should be

so anyone wanting parts etc for there scooby make sure you speak to keith and the team at revolution,i now know where my money will be going in the future

Keith = legend simply the best i have ever dealt with bar none

Yep must admitt a recent email enquiry regards a car I was thinking off buying that from its records showed as having had a lot off servicing carried out at Revo, asked them if they could offer any more info on the car by looking back there computer records, received at least three emails from adam who was excellent in helping me out with all the required information, now bearing in mind it was not a enquiry regards an item I wanted to buy or serviving to be carried out ie. there was no financial gain for them then I consider that superb customer service in itself. have heard only good things about this company and would have no hesitation in using them myself.

Hopefully they'll be just as good on Friday morning when they do some work on me motor (I'm sure they will be, not the first time I've heard good things about them) nor our very own stockcar,(alyn)

System to the 350z at a great price too

 

+1 here to! I would use them all the time if I were not 3 hours away! LOL.
Sorted my new suspension out by trust via RCM when i had issues and my new Oz wheels are balanced to perfection still after thousands of miles on em. I have never had that no matter who has done my tyres in the past.

Well Fridays been & gone & my motor has been transformed handling wise.Very, very pleased with the work that was done & the advice along the way ( I'm a bit of a castor/camber/toe divvy!)
Quite sure that I'll definitely be using their services again.

wish they were that helpfull with me. i bought some wheels off them £1000, within 6months the lacker had started peeling. emailed them afew pics they seamed interested at 1st then just started ignoring my emails etc so i gave up and sold them!! i wont be using them again!
