as above - i'm new to subaru's and my bugeye seems to have a very light bonnet - i know its not CF, was it a standard part? even my local garage commented on it when they changed the belts.

i dont know a great deal about the car, it does have mods so i wondered if the light bonnet was one of them?

 

All bugs (WRX and STi) have an aluminium bonnet from the factory
