I've seen him (I think) in a silver roller/bentley near the Royal Lanacaster Hotel London. The number plate is R0B B1E,

That's right - it looks as though the Scoob belonged to his bodyguards. Did anyone see ,in the same paper the article on 60 to zero times.
They listed the quickest 60 - 0 mph cars. Ferrari first, and Scoob Turbo fifth - not bad eh ?.
