Default RED GRILL BORDERS

Does anyone know where to buy the red grill borders for the front of the hawkeye?

I could be wrong but I remember seeing a thread with a member having done it to their car. I think they removed and sprayed them though

Rob84 has a red border to the grille on his hatch but I'm 99% certain he took his grille off and had the red sprayed on at a bodyshop.

You can get any colour off ebay, it's just pin stripe tape. I've done gold mate. You do need to take your grill off.

It's an easy job, i found this very helpfull

If using pin-stripe you'll need a couple of widths to do a neat job. I painted mine and posted it up a while back. It's a little fiddly getting the grills off but only takes ten minutes. I painted mine with high temperature, chemical resistant gloss and then cured it with a hairdryer.
