whats better millers or castrol? i heard millers is the way to go.. 10w 40 motorsport competition oil?

ive got a 96 wrx sti classic.

 

opie oils recommended millers to me mate as they said the odd scooby doesn't like castrol and they only ever have good feedback with the millers I also have a 1996 ver 3 Sti just make sure you follow the steps when changing the oil loads of guides on here hth
