Unhappy help needed for engine trouble

i had a timeing belt done yesterday and i went to use car today i have a classic wrx after i put petrol in the car was running fine then all of a sudden i lost power and then car broke down managed to get it started after 50 mins got home and it was makeing a loud noise then smoke came from under engine .but b4 this happened i noticed the catalic converter light showed up any suggestions needed has the car was fine b4 belt thanks

need it checking start with your timing. were vare you from.

Sounds like the timing could have jumped,unless your lucky and put derv in by mistake.

timing is spot on but getting maf fault code,would this cause car to run on 3 cylinders and not to tick over and trouble starting

if you disconnect the maf connection while the car is running does it make a difference?

are u 100% that timing isnt 1 tooth out?
