Depends for how much you are looking,if you are looking for 360bhp best bet will be VF34 or Harvey TD05-18G,if you are looking for 400bhp i would go for MD321H or 20G(this turbo maybe will make this power, but maybe with Methanol),SC40...

Twin scroll comes in earlier and smoother than a Vf34 so it may only just seem like the 34 pulls better because of how strong the come on after about 2.5k, i felt the same way when comparing with a mates car

Nice spec btw

Firstly, quoting power figures is a mine field. I can take you to one rolling road where a particular car will consistantly record 422 bhp but I can take you to another rolling road on the same day where the car will have 448 bhp.
What is the turbo on the car at present because that will determine your power potential with all the supporting mods?
Now do you have 700cc injectors or 740cc?
Typically a VF34 and a TD05 18G will produce around 360 bhp. The 18G is a rugged turbo with good spool but I would suggest you want something more than that, cost incidentally £725 plus delivery and I have a couple of these here from development work that I can do a deal on as well as new ones but I don't think that is what you want.
You would be better with a 20G on your 2.2 forged engine and this will put you into the 380-400 bhp bracket on V-Power and over 400 bhp with Methanol. Cost of this turbo new is £850 plus delivery.
Your choice of mapper is very important.

your best bet is to pick up the phone and chat with scoobyclinic, they do various sizes of twin scroll billets to suit what ever needs, they can advise what size will be best to go for.
