Just wondering if there were any scooby meets in Essex at all , only just got Scooby 3 weeks ago & not sure of where the meets are held.

I'm from Sunny Sarfend-on-sea as locals call it . Since I've had the Scooby I think the local council are wondering why the roads are being worn out , I get in it & can't stop driving it ................... are all Scooby drivers the same , or is it the novelty?

Speed restriction cuts in at 112Mph or 180 Kph.
Speaking to Tony at ScoobySport the other day, he said they do the biz on derestricting, including a certificate to prove the milage when converted from 'Ks' to Miles covered.

Not many Scoobys on a Saturday night in Southend sea front though, maybe in the summer ??

Born and raised in southend, but after 22 years, it was time for a change.

Move to london mate, southend is dead.
Am thinking of going to this meet though so should be a laugh.

Havent driven the scoob in ages due to arrival of 205 gti as a milage saver, and it certainly is saving me milage.

 

Isn't there a regular Thursday night meet at the Halfway House on the A127.

Not sure of the details though.
