Unfortunately its one of those grey areas on using paypal/ebay...t/c's do state that the buyer has to return the item at there cost, which is quite frankly ridiculous. I know its taking a hit when he has stung you but sometimes its worth the tenner to get your money back and call it a bad experience. Once its sent back and signed for, PAypal refund you automatically once youve given them the tracking details if the dispute has got to the point where they have stated you should return the item. Send it through a courier, i,e DHL through www.parcel2go.com

You can request contact details and return address from Paypal so you could find him if you wanted too, or see if anyone here lives local.

Ive had to pay to post back twice on ebay and both times the items were not as described at a cost of £25.If you do post back make sure its tracked its wrong but my items added up to £300 so i was left with little choice. When you get a refund you cant leave feedback either so the seller goes unpunished
