Help identifying paint colour
I have what I have always believed to be an obsidian black blobeye WRX.
When ordering a part for the car a while ago I was told, when I gave the reg number over the phone to the parts dept, that it was a black graphite WRX. Again last week I spoke to a Subaru parts dept asking about some 05 onwards STi rear wheelarch extensions. I was told that they come painted, so I explained that my car is a WRX and that I need them to match up with an 05 STi rear bumper that I am putting on the car so gave the paint code, which is 18L.
I was once again told that this was black graphite.
However, I am convinced that the colour of my car matches that of every obsidian black Impreza that I have looked at, when I was looking to buy an Impreza in the first place.
I believe black graphite is Mica paint, that is predominantly black, with maybe a little blue in the metal flake.
I also believe that obsidian black is a pearlescent and has a gold colour flip to it when viewed in bright sunlight.
My car has the latter paint.
Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Thanks.
According to that link it can only be graphite black.
Anyone got personal experience of this colour, with regards to it having a gold colour flip in it when the sun is shining on it, just to confirm, as I need the rear bumper resprayed to match the rest of the car.
The bumper as I mentioned earlier has not got the gold flip in it. It is, I think, from a jap import so I don't know what black it is. The car is 03 WRX, the bumper STi version 9.
