Anyone local to the Reading/Newbury/Basingstoke area know of a little small runaround? say, an old Fiesta? Micra? Polo? Golf? Metro? Skoda???????
Only SENSIBLE, STRAIGHT, cars wanted dont mind high miles - but the cars should be clean and straight, with a current MOT of course!
Loads of cash waiting!!

No it's a Clio that was breathed on by the Williams grandprix team. It's got a 2 litre engine and is reckoned to be one of the best hot hatches ever. 0-60 7 secs, 30 odd Mpg
and apparently very reliable. Can be had for about 5-6K now

Pete,
How about a second hand Cinq Sporting. 64mpg. and all the mod cons.
My girlfriend had one from new for 3.5yrs and never had any trouble despite by occasional 'pole laps' as it was such a fun car to drive.
Take a test drive and you will look at them in a new light (used to be Clarkson's fav car too).

Oh yes, forgot to say, it needs to be cheap insurance as the person driving it has a claim, no NCB and a speeding!!!
I reckon that rules out the GTi - sadly
CB - yes a nice Fiat Cinq would do great - FIND ME ONE !!! ha ha!!
