Hi All
Was looking at a JDM Import Blobeye STI today and it does NOT have the rear arches like the below
Is there any reason?

they were fitted for the extra wide track on the cars from 2005 so unless its a 2005 model year jdm it wont have them

Ahhhhh thanks for the info lads. Thought i knew everything...Clearly not.
It instantly put me off when looking at it lol he didnt even know they came with them lol
Going back to see the lad tonight to see if we can come to some sort of deal as he wants my Bug STI and i want his JDM STI 8 :-)
Only thing that gets to me is i have done ALOT of work to my car this year :-) FMIC, Mapped, lowered, new wheels, full blitz system bla bla bla

Those rear arches are not oem - they're aftermarket ones. 2005 onwards have small arch extensions, but nothing like those.

I retract my comment - the angle of that photo somehow made the rear arches look much larger than on mine. Should have gone to specsavers...
