What about it?
I'd be a bit worried about:
A) 2005 model - really??
B) still has standard earlier crappy top mount intercooler
C) 17,000 miles on engine....what about the rest of the car
D) Have you seen how rusty the radiator is?

And what the hell does this have to do with Richard Burns? He wasn't even driving an Impreza in 94/95 which is when this car was built.

Run a mile - fast!

We've (RB5OC ) already mentiond this to him... an he had changed the wording of the auction 2 days ago

i did send him a little note just explaining his mistake LMAO

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2005-SUBARU-WR...item4aa6c54094

An this is what i sent him...

Dear portway,

First Name: SI
Last Name: PERKS
Country: United Kingdom
---------------------------------------------------------
Hello, Just a little note to make you aware.
This isn't a Limited edition car in the memory of
Richard Burns.. The Genuine RB5 ( R - Richard B-
Burns 5 - the number of his return to rallying car
) have actually 444 cars built but ( 113 - 213 -313
413 were omitted for obvious reasons ) an were
only available in Steel Blue metallic.

The model you have on sale is a WRX, Nothing more.

Many Thanks Si.

You have just said every thought that was running through my head when I saw this lol.
From the look on the seats id say it was a WRX not an STI!
Could understand this being a private sale, but from a garage! Maybe they hav'nt got a clue bout Impreza's and fell for the Richard Burns crap when it got sold to them!

He still has it listed as a 2005 WRX STI Special 320bhp!

In the discription he still has it described as.... a rare special modified import in memory of Richard Burns!

There is nothing special about this car!

I would defo not pay anywhere near the £3,495 price tag!!

i have been to see this garage before an tbh there not con artists i would say they have been sold a story i would imagine it was imported in 2005 as the model year says its a 1994 not sticking up for them but just trying to give you a second view before anyone reports them on ebay

Like i said to the guys on RB5OC, he possibly doesn't know anything about the car.

i'm not going to flame him or report him to ebay, hence i sent him that little note explaining his error.
