BTT. This group of idiots has scammed me too. Different ebay names and different first names as mentioned above. But I've traced them down to a garge address in Wolverhampten. Does anyone have any other info on these guys then? Got £500 and odd of my hard earned.

do you have a landline number for the garage he works at? Told me he's a 'proper Subaru garage and isn't f***ing me about'. So you're expeience is totally different to mine. The guy's called Steven and seemed very genuine and sound at first, gave me great communications to start, any info I needed on parts etc. I bank transfered my payment into his account and when it showed in his account he called to say so and that parts were ready to be posted to me. He went away on holiday to some caravan place and his Dad was meant to have posted them to me via parcel force 48hr, I asked for a tracking number and got some story that his mobile signal was poor and he couldn't get intouch with his Dad for details! Over 3 days later and no delivery for me. Called him and he said that there was a problem at the 'village' post office and that my parcel was still in there, he said he'd sort it as soon as he got home. Fair enough I thought, people are busy and I understand. So a week later he calls me and apoligises for the mix up and says he's just that morning posted them and I'd have them before 1pm the next day. Again I asked for a tracking id and he said he'd text it to me. Since then I've never been able to get in contact with him. Tried calling him, emails, texts, voice mail and through ebay. Totally ignored. Even tried a couple different mobiles to see if he'd answer a different number, but no luck. All calls left to go to his stupid voice mail!

That's the guys. Scooby Donors. I've already got their address from other channels. Just wondering if anyone has any other info on them or a landline telephone number?

I would take a trip and give then a visit to see what's what. But it's a few miles short of 300 miles from me! Not a 30 minute drive. So a 600+ mile trip is last on the list at this time!

Cheers

600 mile round trip wouldn't bother me mate.....it's not all about the £'s it's about the pi55 being taken.
They do it because they have your address and think you won't bother paying a visit

Borrow a low loader and go see them , people change there mind when your reversing up there drive

I agree, I'd be having a trip to them and taking a bit more than bad language

Well as I've mentioned, at first he came over as a nice guy. But it all changed when he got my money! Doesn't matter if it's closed. He only seems to advertise one contact number and it's a mobile, never answers it or replys to any attempts to contact him. Why is it shut just now, do you know? Is it a father and son type business or what?

Cheers. Ryan

Thanks for your input. I would be greatfull if you could find out if and when they're back from being away or what. Pm me if you'd like? Just so I know if they're open and back in the swing of normal business hours etc. Just so I can try getting in contact with this Steven character again! His phones on just now, but still just letting it ring out to the voicemail. Total coward, can't even answer a phone to me.

Thanks again.

There's been a turn around! Got a phone call earlier today from a strange number. Claiming to be the guy that I've been trying to contacts Dad. Giving me some story that my parcel was sent to the wrong address and that it had arrived back to them and had them scratching their heads. E looked back on ebay and noticed I hadn't recieved my items yet. Not very good looking, as it was the start of last month when I won and paid for them! But I've been told that they'll be posted out tomorrow and I've been assured I'll get a tracking id tomorrow morning. I'll await my 3rd time posted parcel on Saturday morning!

Cheers

Wee update on my parts. Finally got my parts yesterday. Cheap skates had posted them 48hr delivery instead of next day as I was told on Friday morning to defo expect them on the Saturday. So got them and all is okay except there was no mounting bolts. Contacted the guy and he said they weren't listed with bolts! I said they weren't listed with a 7 week wait and a stripped thread on a front caliper! He says the bolts go with the hubs if he sells them complete? Weird to me, as the bolts a only any use for the calipers, othing to do with the hubs! He was supposed to be getting back to me first thing this morning regarding bolts, but guess what? He hasn't! Lol. Ordered myself a full set of new bolts and I'm hoping to run a tap through the damaged thread to see if I can sort it.

What a nighmare. This guy/company are full of stories and seem to lack Impreza knowledge. Regards keeping calioer bolts with hubs?

So I'm hopefully all sorted now? Thanks to anyone that has replied to this thread.

If they are for the gold brembo's it's very common for the threads to be stripped, Get it heli-coiled, should only be around £30,
