Default Downpipes???

Ive seen plenty of downpipes with different style where it joins the turbo, ive seen open neck downpipes, twin outlet downpipes, and downpipes with just the one outlet and the other half covered up(pic below)

Anyway my question is, which one would be best???? I have the one in the picture sitting in my shed(which I cant give away) And I was on the look out for a open neck downpipe, but would the one I have in the shed is 3 inch all the way, would it be any good for around 400bhp, as whats the point spending money on a new one if I already have one???

The one in the pic looks like the standard pipe and dosent look like 3". Better off with the open neck. As soon as you fit it you will notice a big diffrence when you put the foot down. When fitted to the classic they are usually ok till remap, but on the newage cars they usually throw up the cell light which your mapper will switch off for you.
