Default Hello!

Hi everybody, this is my first post just wanted to say great site and I have really enjoyed looking around. I have just bought a black 06 plate WRX STI, remapped with a full through exhaust and dump valve, it should be running between 330-340 bhp. The principal dealer Ian Armstrong from the Subaru garage in Peterborough was really helpful and pointed me in the direction of this site.
The performance is a massive jump from my Civic Type R, im loving the AWD traction! I wondered if someone could explain to me how the alarm/immobiliser works and if it is possible to activate anti hijacking (automatically locking doors) and the need to punch the code in the key pad everytime you start up like with blackjax, Thnx

Hello and welcome mate.
You can have the alarm set so the doors lock when you start the engine....probably in the handbook. Can't remember at the moment.
Don't think there's a standard blackjax thing.
If you're talking about the keypad you've found near the steering wheel, that's an over ride if your alarm is going off.....IIRC!
