Did the car throw up a front 02 sensor problem? Heater circuit ? I think for this code the ECU wil recognise the sensor working and shut off the light after about 5 starts.

If not then it's someone with the tools to turn it off as it's stored in EPROM......Dealer select monitor, ECU edit, SECS etc.

oh ,and my cel light dosnt work mate ,so its more a case of clearing the codes to prevent the car being in limp mode or does this not happen once sensor has been changed ?
or will the car not know that its been changed until codes are cleared/ecu reset ?

The DENSO ECU you have is quite clever and does not put the car into limp mode unless it thinks the engine is about to go bang !!

As you say there are other threads on here
