Need to change my coolent. Do I use the Subaru stuffs or any Helfraud will do?

If Subaru, whats the part number and how many ltrs do I need?

done mine yesterday and i asked that question there is a subaru 1 but it dont matter m8 just bang anythink in try not to get airlock like me **** take
