Hi all the hose between the raditor and engine has decided to develop a hole and needs to be replaced ive looked on ebay,samco and Japspeed website and now im not sure which ones to get.

Ive seen the samco ones and there are 8 hoses and I think I only need the ones that go on top and bottom of the radiator. What are the difference between Version 1 & 2 and 3-6 as on the samco website there are two different applications. Has anyone used any of the following.

on another note is there another reason why the hose would split other that it being on the car for over 10 years?

I actuly enjoyed putting my samco's on.
What year is our scoob, as that would tell you what ver. it is. Taken, mine was easy as i bought everything that was 7+..
1&2 is the early classics, 3-6 are classic to face lift and 7+ are new age.
Think must have been wear and tear, are there lots of little cracks around the split if you steach it?

 

Dealer, the top hose is about £25, the bottom hose almost certainly won't need done.

 

ive just bought the samco v1-2 8 piece kit for my 95 v limited. havnt had time to fit it yet tho.

 

Alcarz do you mean get some orginal from a Subaru dealer?
