89.9 at my local Texaco.
All of the stations arounf here charge pretty close to that!

Why the hell do I have to pay that much more than some of you????

In my eyes, the petrol stations seem to charge even more in more densly populated areas, to maximise their profits!!

Tell me if my logic is floored....

I filled up the day after the budget and the price had dropped from 89.9 to 84.9 in Northampton for SUL. I can`t believe you are paying 77.1, How can they justify such a difference???

Filled up this morning at my local Esso @ 78.9p. Better than the 81.5p Sainsbury's are charging but not as good as the 77.1p of the Shell garage I pass on my way to work (didn't need any last time I passed, will do before I see it again).

In my experience, Shell and Sainsbury's are the cheapest for SUL by far. Since Shell SUL is likely to be more consistent (and because all the Sainbury's near me only sell UL) I always get Shell SUL. I also think my car runs better on this brand than others.

Morrisons in Ipswich are now charging 74.5p a litre (a drop of 5p since the budget)
Do i win a prize for getting the cheapest petrol, or do i just get beaten up??

Shell ( 3 miles from home ) 78.1p
BP ( 1/2 mile from home ) 86.9p ( the BP price was pre budget) but at the time Shell was only 82.9p.
I've been past garages this weekend still selling UL for 77.9p.
You can be sure of Shell

Red face

I paid 80.9 last night for my first tank of Super in the new car... been paying 77.9 so normal unleaded previously... in Battle near Hastings.... (ESSO)

How they can get away with different prices across the country is outrageous!

69p for SUL in Harrow ......YEAH OK!

We really need a real reduction, not crappy 5p here and there until the election! Bloody pee take on us tax burdened citizens.
