MBC works well.

Was a 3 port originally fitted to the car and is it mapped?

MBC isn't a good idea. As in winter you can get boost spikes. As the ECU can't control boost.
But it also depends if your having mapped to the MBC as it can be set just right.

with a very little blip on the accelerater i can see the dump valve starting to open but no noise even at 4000rpm,s still nothing , before i took the mbc off it would kick in at about 3000rpm,s

ive connected the pipes as above (thanks b13bat) so i cant seem to work it out ?

I take it it's a VTA DV?
Can you still hear it venting as it normally would when driving?
What was your boost gauge showing with the MBC, and whats does it show now?
Any sign of overboost at WOT?

Can't see the numbers on the smaller pic mate, so i've coloured them.
Green=longest run, to turbo nipple.(pic 1 below)
Yellow=next longest run to wastegate actuator, you numbered it 2.(pic 2 below)
Red=Should go to airbox res, but as you have a ik fitted, it can be left to VTA

Turbo nipple, Green dot.

Wastegate actuator, Yellow dot.

Not because i think you have it wrong, but i can't make sense of the pic

The hose coming off the bottom of your 3 port normally connects back to airbox, but as said earlier as you have an induction kit can be left to vta

Don't know what you've got that bottom hose pushed on to, can you get a closer/better pic?

Yeah, fingers crossed

Just out of interest, what was on that inlet before you plumbed the 'red' hose to it, was it blanked off or just left open?
