About 2 years ago I used to have a 98 Legacy GTB LTD twin turbo. On the dyno the print out stated it was 276bhp. This figure would be at the wheels right? I've been told to work the power out at the flywheel, your supposed to add 20%.

It works out 331bhp. Doesnt that figure seem exagerated considering the only mods was an sti panel filter and catback exhaust?
