im thinking about buy some new brakes for my bugeye wrx mine dont stop me.was looking at sti ones.do they fit stright on or do i have to mod them to fit?i have 215 45 17 wheels do i have to change them as well?thanks phil

 

the front brembo calipers and discs will fit straight on providing u use the brembo caliper bolts,not sure on the wheels as it depends on offset.

 

If you have the standard wrx wheels then you will have to change them, the STI wheels are pretty cheap to buy off places like ebay.

i think its the width and the offset.but you would need to make sure they are NOT sti 114 pcd(05 onwards) yours will be 100 pcd so any sti before 04 will be fine.

 

i think sti are 225 45 17.i dont want to buy a new set of wheels got 4 good tyres on mine and 4 new one set in the shed

 

Well your stuffed for the brembo's then try k sport or AP's.
