thats what i thought. i closed the door straight away, if that makes a diff? lucky the window was open a bit. it normaly locks the door seconds after starting the car, the missis wouldn't of liked that having to bring spare keys to me at 10:30. and get me nippa out of bed. there must be a way of turning it off?

It is possible to switch the anti hijack lock off , you need to enter the 2 digit pin number supplied when the system was fitted to access the override

It's better left on mate .. and now you know about it, just be careful ..

You only need one attempt at someone getting in for it to be worth the time and effort of having to think about it when you plan to leave the car standing .. which lets face it .. is rare!

As answered by greendragonkungfu. not good news if they charge £150. personally i would approach one of their approved installers to help. will probably be a lot cheaper than asking Toad themselves to help. Look in yellow pages for your local installer.
