The turbo can discharge compressed air at up to 200C. The temperature in the engine bay in the vicinity of the turbo is below 200C. No point wrapping the hot pipe over the turbo.
You do get an advantage from wrapping the turbo exhaust housing however.
As Jeff says, wrap the cold pipe to the throttlebody to insulate the cold pipe from under bonnet heat.

The pipes are aluminium. You therefore have to find someone who can ceramic coat on aluminium and it is expensive compared with heat wrap. There is absolutely no point heat wrapping the hot pipe from the turbo as explained above but you can reduce heat soak on the cold pipe. You could also put on a reflective silver sheath on top of the heat wrap on the cold pipe if you want to improve the looks.
