Unhappy Damp weather causing chaos

Hi just wonderd if any 1 has had the problem of spluttering after its rained.
Basicaly the car starts fine and ticks over fine but when the car gets warm to the point where the temp guage starts to move it suddenly develops a loss of power sometimes a misfire but it never brings the cel on does this for about 2-5 mins depending how long and hard its rained. Had it on diagnosis twice but never logs a fault. The strange thing is it will boost fine but i dont like to boost when still cold and dont want to sit running the engine for 10-15 mins to get to full temperature. In dry conditions it never misse a beat its already had a full service fuel filter all fluids changed air filter sparkplugs just wish it would bring up a fault as its doing my head in just want to get it sorted

Has the intake system been modified or the bonnet vents been removed?

Air intake? When mine had a standard intake box there was no issue at all. With a cone it stutters in heavy rain with these symptoms under heavy loads. Must get it changed . . . .
