firefox stopped working!

Default firefox stopped working!

Help! my Mozilla firefox has stopped working - im now getting a "Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" message. used to get a "windows cannot find (null)" message, so have removed and re-loaded it, but still not working.

any ideas?

i just downloaded new software for firefox.so you might need to do this also.Try looking for updates for firefox.If not try backdating pc to earlier date ie 4 weeks ago.

tried the latest download, same message. how do I backdate the PC? (sorry for being a PC muppet!)

If it isn't finding the .exe even after a reinstall of FFox then something very iffy is up with your setup. Check for malware/viruses first. Failing that do a system restore. If you are using XP though that might not work at all.
