Hi I have a 05 STI PPP but want a slightly louder an deeper exhaust sound but there are so many to choose from !!!, the second CAT has already been removed but I dont want to rattle the neighbors windows whats everyones suggestion ?:confused

 

I'm a classic WRX owner and have an Afterburner Vortex exhaust but it's pretty loud. Maybe something more like this would be up your street;

iv got an afterburner vortex not too loud imo. but when opened up sounds mint!!

 

Paul I think you may be right, Just listened to a mongoose on youtube sounds awesome,
Only a back box? or cat back ?

 

Revolution system is really good, idle sounds good, when cruising nice and deep, and booting it wicked.

got turbo back 3" milltek system, nice deep burble when driving normal .......... sounds amazing on full chat and spend all ya time looking for tunnels.........

Milltek 3" , full decat. Subtle at idle and when driven at low revs. Lovely higher in the rev range too

 

Well thanks guys I have gone for a Cobra CAT Back with 4.5" tailpipe, jap style cut. Sounds a treat !!!!! Thanks to Steve (Boulevard) nice one mate
