Default Dump-Valve Problem

Yep, put the standard unit back on and save yourself a load of hassle

Stiff spring could be the issue by the way.

You can fit a recirc type on a front mount mate. PM Alcazar on here. He has one on his FMIC

Exactly.

What model and year?
I come across more problems with BOVs relating to HKS and Blitz than all the other BOVs I come across, excepting cheapo e-Bay copies.
With model and year I might be able to give you some advice and replumbing to recirc is not an issue.
