Default chip's

I have read that there is a company that you say what mods you have and they map a new main chip for the ecu and post you it and it works fine.

There is a bloke on the Type RA forum who has one and his STi now runs a clean 320 with exhaust and induction.

Are these safe and where is this company cant seem to find it.

regards
