Classic body kit

Just wondering if anyone knows of this car or where can get the kit from
this would be perfect for my track car or future ta car if i ever get my **** into gear

Looks like a 22B front bumper with a splitter fitted and canards ( i think they are called )

Yea its really annoying me, ive seen the skirts somewhere before but just cant think where.
