Default Is this Right

Had my subaru sport (2000) now for about 3 months and it really does seem crap on petrol. I am getting around 50 miles to a tenners petrol. The car has full decat, induction kit.

I had a subaru bugeye gx about 6 months ago. Fair enough did not have decat or induction but used to get around 80 miles to a tenner.

Before anyone say the obvious, yes I know petrol has gone up. If I am getting 50 miles on a non turbo I would hate to think what turbo's are like.

They are about the same .... to be honest.

My Turbo (also 2000) gets around 30mpg on a run and 25 around town.

The Sport still has the AWD to drink the fuel, it's a lose, lose, lose with a Sport IMO - buy a Turbo and get something back for your tenner of fuel!!

Very True and I will get a Turbo one day, just the insurance bills are a little high for me at the minute.
