Default Rear Diff Oil JDM 04

Bit confused as to what oil to use in the rear diff.

I have a jdm 04 with auto dccd. I've read alot of the posts on here and still confused.

Opie Oils reccomends the following -

Silkolene 75w90
Motul Gear 300
Castrol syntrax

thanks
