the exhaust looks well fooked though 
and where is the picture of the engine and interior? no point showing the exterior if the rest looks buggered 
And this..... not road legal unfortunately
It has never been converted to MPH
Its still a requirement by law and to pass an MOT that your speedo is in MPH.

Well its not "nearly new" anyway, its still 13 years old 
but its more like "excellent condition, low mileage example" to me 
Pete did you notice he said it still had the original brake discs on? I still have the original ones on my MY99 STI type R, you had yours on there for what? 80k miles??
