Default Bank Holiday Meet - Monday 5th April (Hull & East Yorkshire)

NipponSquad is a Club for Japanese car Enthusiasts, based in the North East the catchment area for our meets usually stretches from Newcastle to Lincoln and all the way down the M62.

ANY JAPANESE CAR IS WELCOME!

Please Read On For More Information…

-------------------------------------

DATE: Monday 5th April 2010 BANK HOLIDAY

TIME: 1:00 (1300HRS)

-------------------------------------

LOCATION: The Ketch Pub

ADDRESS: Great Gutter Lane, Willerby, Hull, East Yorkshire HU10 6DP (Pub contact numbers - Tel. 01482 651255 Fax. 01482 651218)

For those that wish to know more about what The Ketch Pub has to offer please click the link below:

www.pub-explorer.com/eyorks/pub/ketchwillerby

http://www.nipponsquad.co.uk/forums/...ead.php?t=4516

For anyone travelling from the South side of the Humber estuary with it being a straight drive from The Humber Bridge, those of you travelling from the West can see that it is almost a straight shoot down the M62, and the run down from the North is either straight down from York or a shoot down the coastal roads near Bridlington etc …

-------------------------------------

MORE INFORMATION:

These BANK HOLIDAY meets are planned every year by the club and rain or shine (and even snow last year!) we have had a great turn out from not only NipponSquad club members, but also other Jap enthusiasts and their clubs.

This meet offers great social atmosphere, lots of parking, and lots of variety with all types of Japanese cars turning up.

The last May Bank Holiday meet saw over 80 enthusiast owned Japanese cars turn up and was an excellent day out

This will be a great warm up meet to start off the season for us all.

-------------------------------------

IF ANYONE REQUIRES ANY MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE POST UP YOUR QUESTIONS IN THIS THREAD AND I’LL ANSWER THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN LOG ON TO NIPPONSQUAD.CO.UK AND CLICK ON THE “CONTACT US”.

Congrats on starting the new forum, hope it takes off bud. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend on 28th as I have a meeting in Lincoln for Rising Sun Car Show.

Nice one bud, if you go to the meeting on 28th in Lincoln, i'll try and catch you there. If not I'll hopefully see you on Bank Holiday Monday or at Rising Sun.

Coolio Bry, look forward to meeting you.

Any other scoobys/jap car clubs/owners? Will be a good turn out, should have all sorts of Jap Car clubs making an appearance. Good way to spend a Bank Holiday.

I`ll be in my black Hawkeye...with slightly squeaky/knocking rear suspension. Think I’ve got the dreaded rear suspension problem

Coolio guys, if you fancy getting down to a general jap car meet before Bank Holiday we meet at the Ketch in Willerby from about 7pm onwards every Thursday, everybody is welcome. If you let me know if you are coming I'll arrange for a few of us to wait for you outside as I know first times to this sort of thing can be a bit wierd.

Bump bump for bank holiday meet!

Sorry to hear about the car smurf, saw the after effects on Sunday, hope you're all okay.

iscoobie - any idea what time you'll be down? If you give me an idea i'll keep an eye out for you. Although if I hear a scooby i'll pop outside to see if it's you.

Coolio iscoobie, even if you just pop by to say 'Hi' that is a good start.

No probs skip, we should be there from about 12 till about 5 I would have though, hell maybe even later, although I have to go to a wedding do in the evening, although some of the club may still be there.
