I am possibly changing my S2000 and my daily runner for just 1 car, to save some cash for the moment. In a year or so I will then be getting the RS4 i want

I have been looking at various cars, and I'm sort of edging towards the Focus RS, however would certainly entertain the idea of another scoob... So I have a few questions

1) Are there any decent exhausts for the new shape STI? I'm not wanting stupid loud, just like the old Scoobysport I had on my classic.

2) Does it still sound like a scooby?

3) What's Subaru PCP like? Do they give a decent residual? This is important as I'm not going to be keeping it the full term, the RS Focus is limited edition so should fair well.

4) Whats the 330s all about? More power and chav wheels? Is it a limited-run one? Is it worth it over the STI? Is there a PPP for the STI?

 

1: H&S, Milltech, Scorpion all do hatch exhausts. There are also some nice looking American systems out there, Cobra, Perrin, Magna (Sp?)

2: Once one or both cats are lost yes it does (still unequal headers)

3: Do not know this bit

4: 330s is Prodrive Hatch and gets all the other extras over the STI...but at quite a premium. Yes there is a PPP kit for the STI Hatch, but it's £1600 for ecu, backbox and decat front section... not great VFM

 

Your warranty is left intact though - And don't forget the actual map.
Lets price it equally with say Andy Forrest and say its £500 + VAT for the map (£150 of that goes to Ecutek first time)

I think after that it becomes pretty reasonable
