Default 10/40 millers compitition oil

Hi people I have just put this oil in my wrx recomended by the garage changing it has anyone used it and do use rate it

As Carlsburg would say its probably the best oil in the world

If it's the CFS 10/40 then yes, it's a well respected oil here.

I change my Oil and Filter every 6 months .... I simply wouldn't notice any difference whatsoever.

There is no need to change every 6 months unless you are doing huge mileage

I use silkolene Pro-s 10/40, I've used it in all my subaru's since 2004 and no problems

This is all you need and change every 6 months - as Subaru recommend and it will cost you £13 for 5 Litres ..... dip yer bread

Dont think to many motorsport companies would be using that!! Personally i would much rather use millers 5W 40 and change it once a year!! That stuff is okay for a normal car but for high performance I would rather use Millers / Silkolene to protect my engine.

My Subaru handbook says 10 k or annually!! So dont see anypoint in people changing their oil at 3k for example!! Waist of money in my opinion + with using the Milers CFS 5W 40 its going to be better than what the Subaru dealer would use

Totally depends on how it's used, mine only does 7000 miles per annum, but I change every six months (10W60 CFS).

I change mine every 6 months and always have and use motul 300v 15w50
