Thanks Dave. Just seen this post. Will copy to Darren.
If we can help you further just get in touch. You don't need to spend money to get advice and we only want to do for you what we would do for ourselves.

Just a thought Dave. If you put mesh on the front it has the effect of reducing air flow and I am yet to come across a Hybrid FMIC core that has been punctured by any flying stones from the road. Yes the mesh can look good but do you want to restrict air flow?
I guess the counter to that is that the Hybrid core is so much bigger than required that it is on top of the job anyhow so losing a bit to the mesh doesn't matter.

I had a stone go through my water rad on by Citroen van Couldn't believe it
chances of that. so maybe a mesh is a good thing
I did have it repaired tho for not a lot of money.

im getting it mapped soon. sounds stupid but u think its worth getting mapped without mesh then throwing it on after or wont really make diference? did u have breakdown cover or just cary on driving lol
Carried on driving it, but had to stop about 4 times to keep filling it up with water. Have it mapped with how your going to drive it. So if you intend to mesh it do it like that. Really cant see it will make any difference either way unless your going to use a tight patern of mesh. Somthing like the Zun sport ones would be fine.
hi mate the strut brace is the right way, had this one so to fit around the front as a the ones that go round the back wouldnt fit due to the larger tmic, looking for a round the back one now
